Chemistry! #3





This is a Bohr model of the chemical formula K2O. It is on ionic compound, which is why why each of the ions has brackets around it.


This is a Lewis diagram of the chemical compound SCl2. The reason this picture doesn't have brackets around it is because it's covalent. 
So, I know the difference between Lewis diagrams and Bohr models (The Lewis diagram shows only the valence electrons, the Bohr models show all the electrons) I also know the difference between covalent and ionic compounds. (Covalent compounds are two non-metals and ionic compound are one metal and one non-metal)
